This region* of Kansas encompasses the southeastern parts of the state, including the following counties: Allen, Anderson, Bourbon, Coffey, Cherokee, Chautauqua, Crawford, Elk, Franklin, Greenwood, Labette, Linn, Lyon, Montgomery, Neosho, Osage, Wilson, Woodson.
