Whitehall Bay provides campsites on the north side of Fall River Reservoir, near Toronto, Kansas. It is managed by the Corps of Engineers. "Whitehall Bay is situated between two arms of the lake, and all campsites are well shaded and are located very near the water."
Whitehall Bay has 26 campsites with utilities, but no primitive sites. Each full campsite can accommodate an RV or a vehicle, but may be used by tent campers as well. The campground includes restrooms, showers, and drinking water.

Other campgrounds at Fall River Reservoir include Dam Site Park, Rock Ridge North, and Fall River State Park. All are pay sites; there is no free primitive camping at Fall River Lake.
Also be sure to check out the nearby Fall River State Park Trails, which offers 6.5 miles of hiking and mountain bike trails through oak woodlands, winding streams, and tallgrass prairie featuring a remarkable diversity of plant and animal life.
