Fall River Lake: Rock Ridge North

Rock Ridge North provides campsites on the western shores of Fall River Reservoir, near Toronto, Kansas. It is managed by the Corps of Engineers. "North Rock Ridge is a large open park with camping near the water. It boasts lots of space for young legs to stretch."

Rock Ridge North has 44 campsites with utilities, but no primitive sites. Each full campsite can accommodate an RV or a vehicle, but may be used by tent campers as well. The campground includes restrooms and drinking water.

Other campgrounds at Fall River Reservoir include Dam Site Park, Whitehall Bay, and Fall River State Park. All are pay sites; there is no free primitive camping at Fall River Lake.

Also be sure to check out the nearby Fall River State Park Trails, which offers 6.5 miles of hiking and mountain bike trails through oak woodlands, winding streams, and tallgrass prairie featuring a remarkable diversity of plant and animal life.
