Kelley Park is a community park located in Burlington, Kansas, along the western banks of the Neosho River. Kelley Park "is a popular park for Burlington and Coffey County activities of all kinds, and is the site for the oldest consecutively held annual fair in the State of Kansas."
Kelley Park offers both RV and tent camping, and amenities include restrooms, water, barbecue grills, and picnic tables.
Tent camping is allowed in the grassy area along the river at no charge.
