This region* of Kansas encompasses the northwestern parts of the state, including the following counties: Cloud, Cheyenne, Decatur, Ellis, Ellsworth, Graham, Gove, Jewell, Lincoln, Logan, Mitchell, Norton, Osborne, Ottawa, Phillips, Rawlins, Rooks, Republic, Russell, Saline, Sheridan, Sherman, Smith, Thomas, Trego, Wallace.
