Lake Frances is a privately-owned lake located near Redfield, Kansas, just north of US-54 highway, about 2 miles northwest of Redfield, and about 4 miles northeast of Uniontown. "A lake sign and windmill are visible north of the highway and mark the entrance to the lake."
Lake Frances offers RV camping, tent camping, and cabin rentals. Amenities include picnic tables, fire rings, restrooms, showers, and coin-operated laundry facilities.
Cost for tent camping: $12/night.
Lake Frances is located about 5 miles southwest of the Kansas Rocks Recreation Park, with over 60 miles of beginner, intermediate, and expert-level trails.
