Lake Wabaunsee is a community lake located near Eskridge, Kansas, approximately 4 miles west of the city along K-99 highway. It is a 216-acre, spring-fed lake in the heart of the Flint Hills, and is a popular destination for fishing, boating, skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, canoe/kayaking, bird watching, and more.
Lake Wabaunsee offers both RV camping and tent camping, and amenities include restrooms, water, and picnic areas. Camping is allowed only within designated areas, and open fires are prohibited. A camping permit is $6 per day for tent campers.
