The Manhattan River Trail is a mountain bike trail along the west bank of the Blue River in Manhattan, Kansas. The trail is accessed via the US 24 & Blue River Trailhead for the Manhattan Linear Trail bike path, located just south of the Highway 24 bridge. From the trailhead, go south on the paved trail about 100 feet to the start of the river trail.
The trail is about 5.5 miles in length, and consists of smooth hard-packed dirt singletrack that winds through the woods and features a number of switchbacks, drop-ins, logs, a few good jumps, and some challenging obstacles such as ramps and ladders.
