Tour de Florence is a 40-mile mountain bike ride into the Flint Hills that is breathtaking in many different ways, starting and ending in Florence, KS. Enjoy biking in the Flint Hills as fall foliage begins to peak. Bikers will also be captured by the quiet repose of the landscape highlighted by a virtual sea of grasses highlighted by the many profusions of pale blue pitcher sage wildflowers.
On the first Sunday of October, 8 o'clock in the morning, don your helmet and join the riders for a 40-mile mountain bike tour of the Flint Hills!
Registration fee includes full SAG support, a sit-down meal following the ride and a prairie-shade souvenir t-shirt.
