The Grains for Hope Bike Ride is an annual bicycling event that takes place in Sabetha, Kansas. The ride is a fundraiser for Grains for Hope, a student-directed 501c-3 nonprofit foundation that produces and places micronutrient enhanced extruded grain products. All proceeds from this ride go to support Grains for Hope emergency production, packaging, and distribution of nutritious meals to malnourished people in need throughout the United States, Haiti, and Mozambique.
The Grains for Hope Bike Ride begins and ends at Mary Cotton Library Park in Sabetha, with a route of approximately 50 miles, and full SAG stops every 10-15 miles. This is a fun ride for every experience level. At noon, following the ride, there will be a free-will donation lunch.
