The Cardiac Classic is an annual bike ride that takes place in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Participants can either walk or ride their bikes during the day's two heart-healthy events: the American Heart Association Heart Walk and the Arkansas Heart Hospital Cardiac Classic Bike Ride.
Cyclists can choose between 20, 50, and 100K routes, as well as a 10-mile family ride.
