Take a ride through the wildlife at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge near Stafford, Kansas. The ride will showcase the amazing natural beauty of the refuge, offering plentiful opportunities for viewing the incredible diversity of birds and wildlife that inhabit this oasis on the plains, named one of the Eight Wonders of Kansas.
This route is 15 miles long and is on gravel roads around the Big Salt Marsh. Mountain Bikes are recommended. Check-in time is at 8:15 am at the Stafford High School. SAG stops provided. Riders under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Proceeds from the ride go to the Stafford Health Foundation.
