The Bicycle X-Change Criterium Race takes place at Riverside Oak Park in Wichita, Kansas. The Criterium is the second event in three days of racing in South Central Kansas. Cyclists from all over the Midwest will showcase their skill and fitness at the Bicycle X-Change Criterium Race. Riverside Oak Park is located at 1208 W 11th Street North in Wichita.
The criterium is part of the Wichita River Festival! Riverfest revelers will again enjoy watching criterium bicycle racing at its best, in a fast-paced cycling event commonly known as NASCAR on two wheels. The Wichita city streets will host some elbow-to-elbow racing at speeds approaching 40mph. The course is a technical, 1.1 mile lap winding in and around the picturesque Riverside Oak Park and sweeping along the east bank of the Arkansas River. Cyclists of all levels will compete in the events, which include a hand cycling event.
This race is part of the 2013 KCA KBAR/KBAT Series. Individual and team points will be awarded towards the KBAR/KBAT & Keen Wealth Cup Championships per the 2013 KCA KBAR/KBAT rules.
