Hamilton State Fishing Lake is located near Syracuse, Kansas, and features a 90-acre lake (often dry) and about 338 acres of upland short grass prairie surrounding the lake bed, 12 acres of riparian timber, and 226 acres of grassland.
Hamilton State Fishing Lake provides free primitive camping anywhere within the property. A pit toilet is provided, but no potable water is available. Open fires are not permitted.
