With summer starting to fade, thoughts are beginning to turn to cyclocross across the midwest. In the Kansas City area, the De Stad Cyclocross Van Kansas Series will offer a series of events including:
- Diamond Blackfan Cyclocross Challenge, September 28th at So-Kar-Par Trails Park in Lenexa, KS
- Criss Cross, October 12th at Clinton Lake in Lawrence, KS
- Smithville Cyclocross Festival, October 25th and 26th at Sailboat Cove in Smithville, MO
- Veterans Cross, November 9th at Leavenworth High School in Leavenworth, KS
- De Stad Cross Cup, November 16th at St. Marys University in Leavenworth, KS
And once again, the Cyclocross National Championships will held in Kansas City, KS December 11th-14th, with the biggest names in the sport competing for the most prestigious titles of the year.
