The current plan calls for 19.3 miles of bike routes and 3.12 miles of trails, as well as the purchase and installation of enclosed, lockable bike lockers to be located in three commuter parking lots.Promoting Bicycling on Topeka TV

Posted on March 6, 2009 | No CommentsThe city of Salina, Kansas is applying for federal economic stimulus package money to build 3.9 miles of bike/pedestrian paths. Design of the paths has started, and the city plans to pay the remaining engineering costs if it receives grants to pay for the construction.
